We know that there's nothing worse than waiting for something you've bought online to arrive, so we'll make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We'll also notify you by email when your order is dispatched so that you're kept informed.

Where possible, our aim is to dispatch your order on the same working day it was placed. All we ask is that you place it before 12 noon UK time Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed after 12, during weekends or on UK public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

The time taken for you to receive your order after dispatch depends on where you are and how quickly you want delivery.

Please note that it may be necessary for us to split heavy orders and dispatch them as several lighter parcels. We do this to ensure that everything we dispatch is fit for swift, safe passage through the Royal Mail's delivery network whilst being fully insured against the unlikely event of loss or damage.

Should your order need to be split, the number of parcels and the appropriate shipping charge will be displayed on the Delivery Information page prior to checkout.

We'd like to think that every order we dispatch will arrive at its destination and within the time frame we've given. However, we know it isn't a realistic expectation to have, as very occasionally the odd parcel will be delayed or lost, so the delivery times above are the standard Royal Mail estimates for the services we use.
